Who makes a good headliner?

I'm almost done with the interior :o) The only things left are the headliner and the visors. Anyhow, to my understanding, headliners aren't exactly fun to put in so my questions is, 1. what all tools will I need. 2. Am I gonna have to take my windows out? 3. Who makes a really nice headliner. (I dont ever want to change it again) 4. Would It be better (cheaper) for me to have a shop do it? (If so supply a guesstimate at cost)
