Yes it can. If the oil get in around the clutch fork or inspection plate,
it can get in to the pressure plate and disk. Oil usually doesn't leak around
a bell housing, it comes from the valve covers or intake, or possible a
head gasket. There is no oil passage to leak around the bell housing. Hope
