Your best bet is a good shop manual. It may not show the exact physical location, but you should at least get the logical schematic of how everything should be routed. Also, I believe (at least by '76), there should be an underhood vacuum schematic diagram as well. Again, it's a logical, not a physical road map. You'll at least see what connects to what, so just route things in a way that seems most logical and organized. I assume you're not trying to get it exactly like the original setup, of course.
