The comapney is called "DashMAt" (or is it "dashpad"??? Damn. I'll have to find the instructions again!!) and altho' they don't have a phone number listed they are located in Utah...
Forgot to mention, you can get either of two types, a carpet one or a velor loking one (I opted for the second) and it is a thin fome pad that is rolled for shipping... they suggest you lay it flat over night before installing which I have done.
