The other day when I finally got Alice started you'd have thought the world (or at least the engine) was coming to an end! That lovely warning sound of piston slap was louder, she was shaking like a wet dog and for about 15 minutes of run time she sounded as bad as she ever had...
: Imediatly I start really rattling the cages of the people in charge of my back pay (where her new engine money is coming from) and start finailising the grand plans (and back up in case I need her towed) to get all the work done...
