: Dosent the floror shifter push the linkage in the opposite direction? On a column shifter the linkage when youn shift to low is pushing toward the back of the car. On a floor shifter, low would push the linkage towards the front. You would have to change the shift rod in the transmission because one would route the linkage above the shift rod & the other below. I havent done the conversion so I dont know but it seems logical.
