...Check the head for warping. That may be the cause of your oil leak. If it is warped you MUST have the head milled or it will leak again. Depending on how much is shaved you will get a nice compression boost. If you're planning on replacing the engine, this may not be financially feasible. Otherwise that would be the time for a head rebuild:-(
