i have a 1972 mav that i put a svo460 in but it u need to change to mustang II front suspention need to cut and expand tranny tunnel to fit C-6 u also need to either figure out a traction plan for stock leafs or change to ladder bar or 4-link i run my mav on the street sometimes so i choose a ladder bar system less adjustment.also use a light coil over get a motor plate too front perferable or mid.u will be very happy with the results of this motor swap the torque is unbeliveable also very important get sub frame connectors. i had a fairly stock 460-stock heads, very mild cam, aluminum intake, holley 850dp stock bottom end with a 2800 stall converter 4.33 gears with 31x18.5 ran a 12.01 et at 113mph this was on a real hot humid day.never had the chance to try the svo crate motor yet but 5 times the torque as the old motor i am hopeing to be somewhere in the low to mid 10's the car weights 3400lbs
