Sway bars and Coils. I used a aftermarket sway
bar off a 67 - 68 mustang 1-1/4 . Hum thats top
sceret information ; ) Got it at a place in the
early 90's call TMC located in Los Angeles. It
works great and the car corners awsome! You
should see vette owners faces when my Mav can
hold its own on the coners. I don't know whats
funnier... my Mav hanging with a Vette or the look
on the Vette owners face : ) Anyhow For the
rear sway bar I ordered it though JC Whitney and
it was a ADDCO bar. Good stuff - name brand. Just becareful
with these large sway bars they tend to put lots
of stress on the frame where they are mounted!
For coils I used ones from the same place (TMC)
they are 600 lbs coils and I cut about 2 coils off
to get a better stance. The ride is stiff but
there is still enough play to rebound.. it could
be the KYB gas shocks but im sure the coils have
something to do with the ride too! If you wanna
see what the stance looks like and what other
after market suspention stuff i did check out the
URL
Good Luck!
