cutting the coils will "drop" your car and make it ride stiffer is the front. lowering the mount holes for the upper control arm will give you more camber gain and make your car handle better. i say do both.... cut a half or 3/4 of a coil out of the front AND lower the upper control arm.....


: I was going to cut my coils to get the car to ride a little lower...someone suggested lowering the upper control arm one/or two inches...does this create performance problems...I know they did it on shelby mustangs but how does it work on the maverick? Good idea or will cutting the spring be good enough?
