the yolk works, stock driveshaft lenght, the fittings are different on the cooling lines, best fix it to use a line coupler.
The stock mount works, the crossmember must be moved back about 2 inches, the shifter linkage needs work, I just made an extension and bolted it on.
TV rod is from an 85ish CFI Crown Vic works best, you need to make the kick down adapter on the carb stick to the throttle control, not loose like it is on a C4.
Rickyracer has done this as well... post some more questions if I left anything out...

: Has anyone on the board converted to an AOD transmission?
: I am running a C-4 now. Is the drive shaft the same? Yolks?
: What is the best transmission to get-meaning are the same
: AOD's used in Crown Vics as Mustangs and V-8 non-4wd pickups?
: Is there any computerized management or wiring to address?
: What about the o/d cutoff? Are they electric or manual from
: the gear selector/shifter-I do believe that I have seen both.
: Can I retain the stock floor shifter with an AOD?
: Thanks
