Here is my opinion. Fuel-injection is way way better than Carbs. Don't put yourself back into the stone ages.
1) EFI warms up fast and extends the life of an engine because of precision metering.
2) EFI gets better gas mileage and power than Carburators.
3) EFI automatically adjusts to elevation.
4) EFI calibrates itself to climate. There is no need for "dialing in" like a Carb.
T-5 I heard break alot if put behind a high horsepower 302. Where as c-4's generally are very tough. If you have a daily driver type and stock 302 having five gears is way better than having 3 gears. This is of course just my opinion.
