still the steering wheel from HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I STILL can't pull the wheel off my mav. I have tried penetrating oil, tension on the puller for 3DAYS NOW, smacking with a small sledge, I even tried a blast of heat from the propane torch today. I can't heat it anymore than that because the plastic on the wheel will melt!!

Is there some other sort of lock on these wheels that Ford hid?! The only thing holding it on is that nut I removed, and 29 years of grime, right?

Any suggestions? Dynamite comes to mind!!!!
