The only way to bolt the caliper on is with a disc brake spindle. My catalog is not illustrated so i dunno if the Versailles lower ball joint will bolt to the Maverick lower control arm, if it does not then you'll have to use the Lincoln control arm too, which should fit the Maverick.
I paid $600 for my Versailles, sold the car w/o the rearend for $300 (it had a 351). The 302 is not really desirable, probably has the VV carb and all the smog & vaccuum lines, etc.
