q's about carb's

Okay,... since i figured out how to get the conversion for my distributor (it was unanimous: POINTS SUCK) next question is... this: Holley 700carb or Edelbrock 700carb or some other brand of carb? okay so its more than one question. What kind of intake should i get to go along with the carb. And as for headers... what size/brand/style work good? 302 v8 with the stock 2bbl for now.. gotta upgrade though. Thanks guyz.
